What is your returns policy and how many days do I have to return my order?

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns for online orders within 30 days.

For information about refunds for purchases made in store, please refer to your store receipt.
 
• Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment - except for Cash on delivery payments that will be refund by Bank transfers.
• Item must be in perfect condition, unworn
• Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes
• Perfume/Candle products must be returned in their original packaging; the Perfume/Candle box must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film)
 
Exceptions
• No exchanges and returns for personalised items
