How do I exchange my Louis Vuitton order?
Items purchased online from the UAE website or via our Client Services can be exchanged within 30 days of reception by calling Client Services or in any Louis Vuitton store in the UAE except for Galeries Lafayette and Level Shoes.
Items purchased online from the KSA website or via our Client Services can be exchanged within 30 days of reception by calling Client Services or in any Louis Vuitton store in the KSA.
For information about exchanges for purchases made in store, please refer to your store receipt.
Exceptions
• No exchanges and returns for personalised items (Hot-stamping items, Engraved perfumes, My LV Heritage, and My LV World Tour products).
