With Mon Monogram, Mon Damier Graphite and My LV World Tour it is possible to create and own a truly unique bag by personalising a selection of bags, suitcases and small leather goods.
A set of two-tone initials of up to three letters, either vertical or diagonal stripes, or a combination of both initials and stripes can be chosen from a range of 17 different colours resulting in more than 200 million possible combinations per item.
Once the combination choice has been made, the order is then sent directly to one of the Louis Vuitton workshops where the personalised unique Monogram bag is created and hand assembled.

To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show your confirmation e-mail, an official photo ID (passport or driving license) as well as the payment card used for the order.
If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they bring these elements as well as their own ID card and a letter of authorisation signed by you. The store will keep your order for 30 days; after this period, it will be cancelled and returned.

For bank transfers the estimated time is calculated from the moment the funds are received in our account. For items bought online or via our Client Service only, you can arrange a complimentary pick-up from your address by contacting our Client Service on +971 800 884 8866 everyday 9am to 9pm. Please notify us within 30 days after receiving your order.

- Your cancellation will be effective from the date you call us. - PREPARE THE PARCEL
Put your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging. Then, place it in the original parcel as it is reusable. Seal the parcel with the double sided tape inside the box. - HAND PARCEL OVER TO THE CARRIER
Hand the sealed parcel over to the carrier driver.
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed after the cancellation of the order
Please note that bespoke or personalised items such as Now Yours (Mon Monogram, Mon Damier Graphite, My LV World Tour) or hot-stamped products cannot be exchanged nor returned. Watches or jewellery cannot be refunded unless purchased online or over the phone.

Items purchased online from the UAE website or via our Client Service can be returned to Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Abu Dhabi Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi The Galleria.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed as the item has to return to our eCommerce warehouse. You may return your item to the warehouse directly by following the procedure describe below.

What are the deliveries lead time?
The order will be delivered within 2 working days in the store if placed before 4pm.
A date of delivery will be prompted by the system when placing your order. This date is a best estimate of delivery time but is not a confirmation. You will receive confirmation of your delivery to our store via SMS and email.
For payments by bank transfer, lead times are calculated from the date the payment is received in full.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
For security reason, in order to collect your order in-store please bring your confirmation email or SMS, plus a photo ID and your payment card.
*Acceptable IDs are passports, ID card or driving license with a photo.
Can someone else pick-up an item on my behalf?
Yes. Yet for security reason, this person will need to show the confirmation email, your photo ID, this person’s own photo ID , the payment card and a letter of authorisation signed by yourself.
How long will the item stay available in-store?
