Can I book an appointment in-store?
You can book an appointment with a Client Advisor in every Louis Vuitton store in the world for the following reasons:
- Collections discovery
- Personalization
- Exchanges and returns
- Repairs
If you are willing to come to one of our stores, we suggest you book an online appointment through your myLV account or in the store locator page here after choosing the store you want to go.
However, we kindly insist that exchanges, returns and repairs cannot be selected as appointment reasons for our resort and pop-up stores.
