Can I call to make a reservation for an item in the store?

We can only request a product reservation to the stores but please note that due to frequent store inventory changes, an item’s availability cannot be guaranteed.

To guarantee a product’s availability in your store of choice, we recommend our Click & Collect service to that store.
To do so, order your item online or through our Client Services advisors, and select “Collect in store” for delivery.
