What is the status of my online order?

To follow the status of your order, please log in your MyLV account.
Go to My Orders section to check the status of all your current orders, where one of the following statuses will be displayed:

• Submitted: your order was submitted successfully, but it has not yet been accepted
• Pending order validation: your order is currently under review
• Order in preparation: your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch
• Shipped: your order has been shipped and is on its way to your specified delivery address

Please note you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is submitted. If your order is then accepted, the next e-mail you will receive will contain your shipping information.
