Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing:

A- Same Day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5pm on weekdays and before 1pm on Friday and Saturday.
B- Next Day delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman:
o On Weekdays - for orders placed before 5pm.
o On Friday & Saturday for orders placed before 1pm.
o Deliveries on Friday are only available in Dubai.
C- 2 - 4 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email for the other cities.

Exceptions:

o Please note that we do not deliver to Abu Dhabi Sila & Abu Dhabi Ghuwaifat.
o Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.

COLLECT IN STORE

Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing: 3 business days.
Stores offering this service in the UAE are Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi.

For KSA:

COMPLEMENTARY HOME DELIVERY

Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing:

4 - 6 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.
For perfume orders, please note that the delivery lead-time is from 11 to 20 days.

o Please note that we deliver to KSA main cities only - the list of cities is mentioned on the Shipping page.
o Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.

COLLECT IN STORE

Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing: 6 business days.
Stores offering this service in the KSA are Centria Mall, Kingdom and Jeddah stores.

How to Collect in Store:

You will receive an email and text message notification confirming when your order is ready to be collected from the store.

To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:

1. Confirmation e-mail
2. Official photo ID (passport or driving license)
3. Payment card used for the order

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure they bring:

1. Confirmation email
2. Letter of authorization that permits this person to collect on your behalf
3. Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser
4. Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the person collecting

PLEASE NOTE

o If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. To find a location that offers these services, please check our STORE LOCATOR for a list of stores that carry Ready-to-Wear.
o The store will keep your order for 30 days, after which your order will be cancelled and returned, and your original method of payment will be refunded (except for personalized items).

Please allow up to 8 - 12 weeks for delivery of these personalized products.

All orders containing a perfume item and an item of another category will be shipped in 2 parcels; you will receive 2 tracking numbers that might lead to different delivery times.
Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Sunday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, excluding public holidays. Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain remote areas or if your order required additional security validation.
